Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

Quick answer: Contact us right away. Changes are possible only before mixing starts. Once mixing begins, we can not change the color formula since it is custom-made. However, if your order is still being processed, we can usually fix small things like a typo in your address or a missing apartment number.
